Refund policy

Oh Grace Boutique will gladly accept returns or exchanges if you are not happy with your purchase. We accept returns or exchanges of items that have NOT been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or defective for boutique credit within 2 weeks of purchase. We do not offer cash/card refunds.

Oh Grace Boutique offers exchanges of the same item for a different size, pending the availability of sizes.

If you received an item that is damaged or defective, you must email info@ohgraceboutique.com within 5 days of delivery. You must include pictures of the damaged item in your email. Refunds and exchanges based on damaged goods will be handled on a case-by-case basis to avoid abuse of the policy.

For hygiene purposes, we do not accept items that have obvious use, makeup, spray tan, pet hair, deodorant, perfume, or any other similar stains and may be subject to denial and sent back to you. If we receive a return or exchange with any of the above, we reserve the right to refuse return/exchange and the item will be sent back to you.

Please note that we do not provide prepaid return shipping labels. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping.
