FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS $75+
Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order before shipping. Any orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be shipped the following business day. Once an order has been shipped and you have received an email confirmation with tracking, you cannot cancel the order.
At this time, Oh Grace Boutique only ships domestically within the United States.
Oh Grace Boutique is NOT responsible for:
-Delays with the US Postal Service or UPS
-Wrong address entered at checkout
-Lost or damaged items. You can file a claim with the carrier below using your tracking number.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify that the address he/she provides is correct. Hudson House is NOT responsible if a package is shipped to the wrong address or shipped back to us due to an incorrect address. Oh Grace Boutique will not be responsible for paying for additional shipping to try to get the package to the correct destination, that is the buyer's responsibility. Oh Grace Boutique aims to provide a quick processing and shipping timeline, so you will have minimal time to change/correct your order if you enter in the wrong address, so please double check that you entered in the correct address. If you notice that you entered the wrong address and are unable to change/cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at info@ohgraceboutique.com. We will do our best to make the changes for you, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.
PREORDERS
-Payment is charged immediately, NOT when the item is shipped
-If you would like to cancel your preorder for a full refund, please do so PRIOR to notification of shipment. IF you have changed your mind about the item but it has already shipped, you must follow the returns process.
-If you order a preorder item with in-stock items, they will be shipped separately but you will only be charged for shipping once.
-The Preorder date is approximate and may vary depending on delivery from the manufacturer. We will keep this date current to our knowledge.
